It was perfect for self-catering, however, there are so many shops and pubs just outside that you’ll easily sth. delicious within a few minutes walk. Haymarket (train station) is just 4 minutes on foot, and alle the major sights of Edinburgh are 20’ on foot away - of if you don’t fancy walking, you can catch the tram 🚃 just outside the door.
