First of all, without exaggeration, this is the best apartment owner I have ever deal with. I spent 21 nights in this apartment. The owner of the apartment was very helpful. He took care of constantly cleaning the apartment and changing the bedding. From time to time he visited us and offered us wine and some Georgian sweets. We were a family of 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids) . The apartment had a suitable size and all requirements were available The apartment has a very excellent location, and I advise anyone visiting Tbilisi to choose this apartment because of its distinctive location, next to you is the metro station and a central market in addition to many vital areas. Note: If you want to go to distant cities, the property owner can deliver you at a very, very reasonable price We wanted to go to Gudauri and our landlord gave us a lift In the end, I would like to thank the property owner. I was cheeky enough to complain about a broken wine opener and the owner has given us a new one with a wine as a gift and we are still very grateful. Nice city view from a balcony. There is also TV with prepaid Netflix!
