The location of the building is very convenient, close to the center of Neos Marmaras, as well as to shops, cafes and restaurants, the central beach is about 4-5 minutes away by car. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing,very kind and very helpful. They take care of us every day the two ladies who maintain the building, they gave us detailed information about the places we were visiting as well as restaurants,beaches and places around. We spent such a great time in that luxury suites and deffinetly we will come back and choose same place for our next vacantion in Chalkidiki.

The pool was amazing with good garden and lots of parking space. The breakfast was ok - I would say it was a bit the same but everything you need. The owners were nice, they even arranged a room change for us when I said that on the picture when I reserved the room was on a higher floor. Even if you are situated on the first possible floor- the room is not on the ground floor like in most places. Nice kitchenette, you can have dinners or lunches if you bring a portable air fryer for example. You are 10 minutes away with car from Karydi, Fava and Trani Aumunia - the best beaches in the region In my opinion it was great for the price

Very spacious and clean. Close to the beach. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was also very good, which is always important for the Greek summer. The elevator is also helpful if you have lots of bags. Lots of parking spacing next to the apartments.

We booked one of the smaller rooms facing the pool in the backyard and it was exactly as pictured. Not very spacious, but totally fine for a short trip. There‘s no 24/7 reception, but Marianna, who runs the place, was very easy to reach and also super nice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Peny and her colleague are excellent hosts, very careful and helpful. you can go by car to really nice beaches which are close by. the pool is really nice and the sunsets are unbelievable. totally recommend this property for families and not only.
