It’s just, for the amount of money you pay, it’s just worth as high a score as there is. And to give two examples of how forthcoming this place is: 1) we stayed an extra night at our previous location due to a storm, missing a night here - no need to pay for that; 2) we took the sunrise tour to Tikal, was able to still get the free breakfast when we came back AND could use all the facilities until our bus left in the evening. We were literally surprised several times of how much this place exceeded expectations.
