The manager and staff of the hotel are super nice people, they provided laundry service, pickup, scooter rental service when we needed. They can clean the room daily and provide breakfast as your request as long as you communicate well one day in advance.The view of doing the bath is very nice, room is big and has sofa to relax. Eating I suggest you use app GRAB for food and daily necessities delivery if you prefer western meals. Strongly recommend order from “FYE COFFEE”by delivery, they provide amazing meals and super good prices!! If you need a romantic spa at the hill of north, we strongly recommend you try to search and book “Soendaram Spa & Wellness” advance with your partner, its amazing experience of doing professional massage and romantic bath! It was our unforgettable memories! We went to the top altitude of 1415meters hill of north by a 150cc scooter to enjoy the north landscape and visited an animal zoo “Bali Farm House”, recommend you as well if you stay longer.

This is a special place that has been thoughtfully and thoroughly 'built' to the needs of guests. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Garden and surroundings beautiful. Swimming pool is a good size. Nothing was too much and all of our needs were met with a smile. We were picked up from our hotel in Kuta and dropped back off to our hotel in Sanur. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed every minute.

I have a lot of food allergies and needed halal chicken and when I informed them beforehand they prepared delicious breakfast, dinners and even dessert to accommodate our diet. It is in a secluded, quiet village and is a perfect getaway for relaxation.

The staff were friendly and polite. The location is excellent, there are many cafes nearby, 3 minutes walk to the beach, 7 minutes walk to the fruit market.

Our room was beautifully furnished with extreme taste yet simplicity, with a comfortable sofa on the balcony offering an enchanting view of the surrounding mountains, as far as the eye can see, all the way to the sea. I highly recommend staying here! Two additional pluses: the restaurant serves excellent food (best curry ever!) and the animals (dogs and cats) are adorable and wonderful company.
