Room was extremely clean and I LIKED that it didn't have daily housekeeping and we could simply request this as needed. The staff were at the ready all the time to assist with anything (including daily service if you wish for it). Location is on the 'quiet' side of Temple Bar district, so easy access to all sites (everything <15 mins walk) but it was cosy and quiet for sleeping.

We had three in our room; parents and one teenager. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served at your table by very professional staff. The room was amazing with a spectacular view of the perfectly groomed garden and Kilkenny Castle. The location made it easy to see all of the main sites within the townsite and is close to many great pubs and restaurants. A river walk is minutes away and there are plenty of quality shops. Highly recommend fish and chips at Matt the Millar's, just down the hill.

The communication was excellent, as I needed to change my arrival date which was arranged ASAP. The rooms were very clean - bathroom and bedroom, assistant was very friendly upon arrival, apartment is situated very close to a Tesco and other bars for a drink. Conveniently close to my office which worked out perfectly. Wifi has a strong connection.
