Really nice accommodation, felt more like an air B&B. Location was great right on the beach. Had to walk up the beach a bit for easier waves but waves right outside the door for more advanced surfers. The vibe was amazing , everyone , guest , staff, volunteers all so welcoming and warm! Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The bed and breakfast features beauty services and a shared kitchen. Made to feel right at home. Very chilled couple who when you first get there tell you to treat it like your home. And they make you feel it too. Great location away from the main town but only a five minute walk along the beach into town. Great facilities and very clean. Worth the visit and can't wait to go back.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Beautiful little spot about 15 minutes from the centre of town, and 15 minutes from the bus station. The staff are absolutely lovely, there is a gorgeous courtyard, and rooms were basic and clean. Typical Nica breakfast was a nice way to start the day.

Very nice, attentive and flexible staff and owners, super clean, excellent service. Warm welcome from staff, owners are personable and very flexible re: extending dates of stay, changing to room with King bed. Staff and owners are always willing to help and answer questions. I liked that the rooms had names and symbols instead of numbers. Nice that guests are invited to leave their sliding door open during the day as it's a secure, family-like atmosphere. Newly renovated rooms. Attractive bathroom design. Great location. Sociable, lively and homey vibe, yet also private space. A cool oasis with the greenery and pool. I had an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely place to stay for anyone who is wanting a break from hotel/hostel life. Rodrigo and his wife are so welcoming and kind. Everything that you need is there (coffee, tea, cold water, a fully equipped kitchen), including information and a laundry service that is great value for money (possibly the best that I have had in my 5 weeks of travelling so far!). The location is perfect for León, I feel lucky to have booked this place.
