A good location for a relaxing holiday in San Francisco, Camotes Cay Hideaway is an apartment surrounded by views of the sea. The property features a private beach area, garden and private parking among other facilities. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The location is gorgeous, with a beautiful reef + drop off(dive site, with turtles, fishes, lots of coral), white sand beach. I stayed for about 3 weeks. The treehouse bedroom is probably the most beautiful room I ever had in the Philippines, and I traveled plenty. Very big room. Great interior design, old style wooden-Asian deco, amazing balcony right over the sea, reef and surrounded by trees, absolutely magical firefly’s tree at eye level during the night, flying to the room sometimes, whilst stargazing under a starlit sky. I tried the other room they are also very nice, but the treehouse is definitely the one to get. Bill and Christina are very friendly and helpful hosts. Great breakfasts. It is a decent 10min walk to the main area as we didn’t hire a bike but very doable.

They have scooters for hire and the guesthouse is closer to White Beach than Panagsama where the sardines, bars and restaurants are. The rooms are swept daily and the sheets changed every two days. It is kept immaculate! If you are not sure how long you'll want to stay in the area, book it for a few days longer so you won't have to move. The beds are very comfortable. Very. I slept so well here. They offer breakfast only, not included, and the serving time is flexible. Would stay in no other place. A scooter is a valuable item there.

This was my second stay at the property. The first time was back in 2022. The first time I stayed here, my main issue was the internet. I had to do some work and at that time, I was unable to do it because the internet connection was not strong. This time around, their internet has greatly improved. Therefore, I am satisfied with this property. Great location to the beach, has cottages to hold picnics, good for night swimming. Also, the apartment has ample space. The rooms have lots of cabinets and space as well.
