Rooms include a balcony with mountain views. Apartment was new and looked fantastic at first sight, but unfortunately had several defects. Beds were hard.

Sometimes you forget how good and kind people can be — and then someone like Richard (Richard and Isabel are the owners) comes along and reminds you. I arrived early at 08:00, before check-in time, after a long night train. I was tired, confused, and had many concerns about my ski plans (we dont ski in Israel, and it was my first time). Then I met Richard at the reception. He noticed my stress and calmly said, "Why don’t we start with breakfast? Allow me to take care of your belongings untill the room is ready." He truly wrapped me in care and kindness — and it meant the world to me. All my questions were answered by Isabel, who gave me great recommendations and guidance. Richard shared helpful ski tips, and I even received a lovely Easter gift — a small egg filled with chocolates. The place itself is very clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the only downside is the distance to the ski area, which can be a bit challenging. To summarize — I 100% recommend this place. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. One of the best acommodation I stayed in. It was super cozy and everything clean and the kitchen was well equipped, so I felt very comfortable and the owner/ hosts are such a nice and lovely couple! I felt very welcome and hope to stay there again one day. Thank you for everything!

Apartments at Gästhuset i Åre feature a TV, a seating area and cable channels. There is also a microwave. The bathroom has a shower. Free baby cots and chairs are available for guests on request. The location is excellent. It is clean and very nice. The staff was very friendly.

Located within 1 km of Åre Train Station and 1 km of Åre Torg in Åre, Mårtenlien Ski in Ski Out VM8 offers accommodation with seating area. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We visited Åre for a week to ski in early April. The hosts were very flexible with the arrival time and communication was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped for home cooked meals. Remember to bring your own linens but you can also rent them from the host. MårtenLiens Gård is a walking distance away from the VM8 ski lift but unfortunately for us, there was no snow in the valley so we coudn't ski-in/ski-out. It is also a walking distance away from the the town with all the shops and restaurants. We had a rental car so having a car park was great.
