Excellent location we could walk easily to the shops and restraurants. Entire property was always tidy not a leaf on the ground. The housekeeper was always helpful and very polite. Pool was always perfect for us. If we required a ride bolt was always available. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Highly recommended.

We will certainly hire this house again. Easy and near access to the beach and restaurants. Can even get good bread by the bakery near the house. The Mae Phim area and beach is perfect if you want a calm and healing vacation.

A wonderful clean house with fresh repairs. The house has 3 bedrooms (8 beds in total), 2 bathrooms - clean and tidy, there is a terrace with a large table for 8 people, you can barbecue! The owner of the house is simply magnificent! She did everything for our comfortable stay and even more! At our request, the owner contacted the organizers of the excursion to 6 islands. We really liked everything. It is also worth noting that the area where the house is located is very quiet. 5 minutes walk to the pier, 10 minutes to the beach. Nearby there is a market where they make a great banana smoothie! I recommend and will definitely come back here again 👌🏻 thank you very much 🙏🏻

Our host Sivilai is a very nice person, helpful and attentive to us. The house is delightfully maintained and surroundings are peaceful. Since it’s located little bit inland we highly recommend renting motorbikes or any other kind of transportation. Thank you kha Sivilai. Hope to see you soon.

Emplacement proche de la plage (rue à traverser), propreté et aménagement du studio, réactivité du propriétaire en cas de problème, grande piscine, ping pong gratuit, billard, salle de sport. Terrasse agréable pour le petit déjeuner. 7/11 au bas de l'immeuble, plein de stands de street food le long de la plage et quelques restaurants. Très peu de circulation, calme garanti. A 15 mn du quai pour le ferry de Koh Samet. Possibilité de louer un scooter au sein de la résidence à un prix très intéressant.
