So cosy and every detail was pretty It’s in the center of tozeur and everything is close by, next to all entertainment facilities , Appreciated the warm welcome and hospitality of Ines who made us feel like home and suggested several places and activities. She even had to wait for us till 12:00am for a late checkin , I initially told her we would arrive by 9pm but due to delay in the trip we arrived at midnight, she was very understanding and provided tips about the road and where we can eat since it was very late. She gave us recommendations on where to buy dates from and souvenirs. The house was very clean which I really appreciated, all amenities available and she provided an amenity as Soon as we asked for it.

Location is safe, quiet and practical if you have your own car. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Issam made himself available at all hours and was willing to help in any way he could, even offering to bring me medication when I was sick for a day and arranging a personal tour to nearby sites when I felt better. His hospitality and service to the people who stay there are top-notch, and I hope his employer appreciates his dedication as much as I did. Because of him and everything else I've mentioned, I can say that I recommend this hotel without hesitation!
