The location is in a good area, and for the price (much cheaper than what we found on booking websites). Communication was super fast and easy through WhatsApp, which made everything so convenient. They also offer a bunch of handy services like laundry and transportation. We asked if they could arrange a limousine van for two people to Hanoi, with pickup from the homestay, and they organized everything quickly. We specifically wanted to pay in cash instead of booking online, and they made that possible without any issue. All in all, a very comfortable and well-organized place to stay. We'd definitely recommend!

Central location just near bus stop to Ban Gioc. The hotel is brand new and the building is great. I stayed in dorm and it was perfect — very spacious, modern, with cool design and nice terrace. One of the best dorms in my whole travel life. They provide water, towels and slippers. Shower was so clean and comfortable. They make cleaning everyday and even change towels. Bed is very convenient and the idea with box behind your head is so nice. Hotel has elevator. On the 6th floor there’s some open space and on the 1st floor there’s boiler and cooler that you can use. The hosts are very kind and caring people who are always ready to help. I was lucky and had a bonus here — all 3 days I’ve been alone in 8 beds dorm. I felt like in very good hotel. The whole family are so friendly and welcoming, they are the best hosts and this spot is a great base to explore a beautiful part of Vietnam from.
