Excellent location for my purposes, good beach nearby, very good and welcoming host. Very good quality of stay at such type of property and quite inexpensive.

Located in walking distance to the local busstation and the Superdong office where you can catch a shuttle bus to the ferry terminal. Soc Trang is a very interesting city in the Mekong Delta region which does not see that many foreign tourists. People everywhere are extremely friendly and helpful and it's really worth to stay a couple of days here if you enjoy getting away from the tourist crowds.

The room was clean, with a bathroom that even had a separate shower. That's quite rare, and it was nice not to have to stand in the bathroom with wet feet the whole time. The fruit from the garden is freely available and is even marked with a red ribbon when it's ripe. You're constantly offered fresh fruit. The food on offer is varied, and everything we ate was delicious. If you want, you don't have to leave the accommodation at all. There's a free breakfast every day, consisting of two fried eggs, a baguette, and a coffee, tea, or fruit juice. Except for the occasional karaoke performance from the neighbors, it's a very quiet place where you can truly relax. The accommodation has direct access to the river and plenty of seating. We were able to work wonderfully here, as the Wi-Fi was also very good, and if you want, you can sit by the river for hours and unwind. We felt very comfortable and welcome here. If we return to the Mekong Delta, we will stay here again.

The accommodation features a shared kitchen, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. Really enjoyed my time here. T is a great host and tour guide. He was very welcoming and accommodating to my last minute booking and was able to pick me up within a couple of hours. His English was great and it was a pleasure learning from him on Vietnam and his village. Wifi was great, place was clean and food at cafe tasty with a home cooked vibe.
