This is a new hotel with a good location, close to the town center. The staff is very helpful, especially the receptionists and the manager. The breakfast is now served in an another hotel but will be soon be served in the rooftop. I recommend this hotel

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Demaj. The breakfast was fabulous, with fresh and varied options. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Berat’s historic center, making it easy to explore the town. But without a doubt, the best part was the hospitality and generosity of the owners, especially their son, who was absolutely amazing – always ready to help, guiding us throughout our stay, and with an impressive level of English.
