The landlord was very helpful and friendly. The appartment is close to Lienz and ski centers. It's in a very quiet village, but one shop is close by. The landlord told us about the forest baths, which are included in the price, but we'd have to come back in the summer. 🌞 Because of a mix-up we got an upgrade to a three- bedroom appartment in the same building and it was great! Full of little details, which made our stay very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped, even mixer is there! It has a functional fireplace, which adds up to coziness. It was very clean, with clean sheets and towels. The beds are comfortable. We recommend it.

Very nice family hotel. I was impressed with their hard working and pleasant interactions. They were always ready to answers questions you might have as a visitor. Very tasty breakfast with local products. Great selection of cheeses including honey comb honey. The view is beautiful, from the balcony you can see the lake and the mountains. The cards provided helped us discover the surroundings which are absolutely beautiful.

Really good rooms with superb beds. Very, very clean. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of choice. The hosts really looked after us, lovely people, we wish them well with the business. Good location, train station close so travel in the valley, and further, easy.
