Ms.Sarah was very nice to us, kind and helpful. The studio was new, clean, fully equipped. We appreciated the coffee machine with excellent coffee. Towels, bed linen available. Half board included a great breakfast and a 5 course well planned and beautifully cooked evening meal. The wellness centre was a good pool and saunas to suit all requirements. Staff were conscientious in checking your drink charges for the evening meals were accurate and table service was quick and efficient for the many courses. Individual group needs were always effortlessly supported. Reception was amazingly supportive for multiple enquires, day sightseeing planning and organising transport.

Excellent location for motorcyclists eager to conquer the nearby Glacier Road, just 500 meters from the toll booth. Beautiful alpine environment, extra spacious room, separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub, balcony/window with mountain view. Supermarket nearby at walking distance, and also had a pleasant dinner at the hotel premises. The helpful, polite and pleasant personnel left me with the best impressions.

For us the top surprise was the food. We expected buffet dinner but it was gourmet dinner, nicely presented. Tastes we’ve never experienced before. Another unexpected highlight for us was the ski dry room to warm up your boots after a day on the slopes. Add the indoor pool to the list for maximum relax while you wait for the dinner to be ready.

Amazing place with wonderful view. Great communication with apartment owners. The key was prepared in a locked box, so we had no issues during the first entry. A fully equipped and modern kitchen fulfilled our expectations. 10/10 points :)
