The hotel location is perfect for the convention centre, just two train stops away. Train station is right across the road. I loved how spacious and beautiful the rooms are, with modern kitchen, super comfortable bed and great soundproofing. Adina is now my favorite! It’s not my first stay at Adina, and I’ve never been disappointed. The place has absolutely everything you could wish for — a bar, a rooftop terrace, a heated pool with warm water and a wonderful view, saunas, a gym, a yoga room, and more. The location couldn’t be better — the metro is right next door, and there’s a Billa supermarket just around the corner.

Patrycja is a great host. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Good location in a quiet neighborhood, 10min walking from the metro and 5min to a supermarket. Underground parking is a great bonus. We recommend it.

An excellent place for classical music lovers. Schreiberbach and Beethovengang are right next to the house. The apartment is large, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed and arranged, thus a very pleasant place for a-few-day stay in the suburb of Vienna. The host is kind and nice as well.

I absolutely loved my stay at Schones Living, the appartement was extremely comfortable and immaculately clean!It is also very well equipped and homely- communication around the property such as how to check in, where the nearest facilities are and just in general were the best I had ever experienced.It is also ideally located within Vienna close to the Austria Center, the city and train stations!     Nice budget hotel that makes a good choice if you visit Vienna or its northern surroundings but do not fancy an accommodation in the city. Room for 2 was of decent size and it had plenty of sockets which is very handy if you have many devices that need to be charged simultaneously. Breakfast was good, although breakfast room can get a bit crowded at times.
