Hotel location was perfect for access to the ski lift. All the staff were so friendly and helpful,we were met with a very friendly welcome upon arrival. The lady on the bar always remembered what drinks we liked. The staff in the dining room were excellent as was the food! The buffet style breakfast was huge and varied. We arrived on Christmas Eve and enjoyed a Gala Dinner…..amazing!

Perfect location (away from loud bars but still very close to gondolas), comfortable apartment, most things are either new or well maintained, staff very helpful and responded quickly, there is also an opportunity to use spa facilities in the sister hotels (which we didn’t use, but was good to have it). We really enjoyed our stay.

All was perfect, the breakfast was excellent, Karl was very very helpful, explained every thing that we needed, upon our return he returned my ski equipment to Intersport, because the shop was closed from 12:15 till 14:00 We so grateful!!!     Beautiful location , the room was comfortable and spacious (almost like a living room) and the TV options , for English speaking guests , were excellent ( all mainstream channels including BBC) - the buffet and main dinner options were of good quality and well presented and plentiful- my partner requires a vegan diet , and there was a vegan menu each evening which we appreciated - however the menu was only in German ( although the waitress did manually translate as best she could) - The Spa facilities and relaxation areas were excellent.

    It was just perfect! Perfect location, on the piste. The hotel is 5 stars, offering everything you may desire: it is very nice and luxurious (room was top, wellness and (outdoor)pool are very good and relaxing; food (breakfast and diner) was excellent). The staff is professional and very helpful. I was lucky as I got an free room update and the possibility for an early check in as well as a late check out. I enjoyed every minute in the hotel and I certainly will go back.

    Amazing location. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and absolutely top notch cuisine…which the chef managed to vary over the week we were there. Then to cap it all off…a first class spa with pools and saunas.
