Lovely and spacious apartment right in the middle of town. It was perfect and it was absolutely fantastic to be able to use a washing machine. We parked our bicycles at another Smile property just around the corner. Highly recommend.

Large, comfortable, perfectly equipped apartment located in the charming house in the heart of Krems, which is a really beautiful town very close to Wachau wine region. Host provided with clear instructions prior to arrival. In fact, the description of the accommodation reflects the reality – I would even say it exceeded my expectations. the apartment is located very close to the city center, the park, the caricature museum and the art museum, the commercial area. Access to the upper floors is only by stairs. We were lucky that our apartment was on the 1st floor. The kitchen is well equipped. Bonus were enough coffee capsules, tea bags, some bruschetta, chips, peanuts. We didn't use it. There were even bags of ice cubes in the freezer.

The apartment was amazing - we were only there for about 10 hours as arrived late and then had to leave early on a cycling tour. Very modern, very nicely furnished with wonderful art and extremely comfy beds. Found the last minute check in procedure on the day a bit tricky as we were on patchy wifi so a bit stressful.

This gueshouse was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were all well-equipped. It also has spacous public areas. The staffs were also very friendly and helpful for our staying. The breakfast was pretty nice.
