Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Staff is very caring and willing to help with any request you may have. Rooms are small, but cozy and stylish. We was traveling with our 10month old son and I asking for a baby bed for our little boy. When we arrived to the room, there was everything prepared for staying with little kid. Not only bed, but also diaper changing mat and baby stair gate. Room was very clean and really nice. All staff was very kind and the possibility to see the cows was something in addition.

    We stayed twice overnight. The person at reception each time spoke English, was friendly and gave good advice. (On recommendation, we ate at Gasthaus Anica and would recommend it for Austrian food). It is definitely a budget hotel. The facilities are basic but it has all you need and was spotless and clearly well maintained. Although not cheap, it was still less expensive than anything else we could find. The location is excellent for train, Flixbus and for the interesting parts of Innsbruck.

    The location is perfect. Very close to everything but in a quiet street. Collected key from Basic Hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful and only a short walk away. Ideal for us using public transport (free with ‘Welcome Card’) not sure how convenient if you have a car. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.
