What a lovely place in Innsbruck! The area is close enough to walk to town but far enough to have a bit of peace and quiet. The building itself is stunning and the the design elements make for a very enjoyable stay. Our room was big enough for all our stuff and to relax in. We also enjoyed using the bicycles to discover other areas and places. Next time we'll also use the gym!

Best possible location in town: reachable by car (although even temporarily you can only park across the street), and in the middle of downtown. The staffs are so friendly and willing to offer any advice for tourists, the hotel has an app that for clients can directly contact the staffs, when we were just asking them if they can send us the menu picture for dinner, they just showed up in our door with the menu right away! All the instructions are very clear and English friendly, the hotel itself was definitely decent, the spa area was great, the breakfast was amazing. The location was also great, can easily arrive all the famous attractions. If I ever come back to Innsbruck, I’ll definitely want to book it here again!
