This place is incredible! I truly regret that we stayed only one night – it definitely deserves a few. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, the breakfast was magical, and the house is spotless and comfortable. The bed and linens were so cozy. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed.

It was absolutely amazing stay! Even though the purpose of this booking was just to spend somewhere a night during our car trip from Italy back home, it exceeded our expectations and we were sorry to leave. Absolutely new apartment, spacious, perfect for 5 people. Everything clean and new, comfortable and well equipped. The view from the living room was spectacular - green valley and mountains. We will definitely come back and stay longer.

A really cozy new apartment in Matrei. The big apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom 🚿 with the walk in shower, a big living room with such a great and modern flat screen. The new couch also gives the chance for 3 people to sleep on it. Last but not least a separate room with a double bed. The owner had created a splendid apartment where everyone can feel at home. They welcomed us warmly at the check in and showed up for everything we needed 🤗. Matrei is only 20 km away from Innsbruck and has a good connection also with other cities. Definitely to recommend for a group of friends, a couple or a Family.

    The apartment is so clean and warm , very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen(except a toaster but its not a big deal, we pan fried our toast bread without oil and its same cryspy). Our stay was perfect for our xmas holiday . The view in front of balcony is beautiful, we had an amazing time. Recommended to visit Bergeralm for skiing or rolling bahn. Trip to Sterzing Italy within 40min drive is truly great. Thank you Werner and Vanessa, hope to be back soon.

    The apartment was very beautiful, very clean and had a wonderful view of the mountains from the bedroom as well as the living room. The hosts were also very nice welcoming. It's the perfect place to relax. I would definitely recommend it.
