    Nice atmosphere of ~130 years old villa in a perfect and quiet location, helpful and friendly owners, delicious breakfast. We made a lot of hiking nearby (Semmering, Schneeberg) but also Naturpark Hohe Wand is not far away.

    Big apartment so lots of room to spread out. Lots of sunlight in the morning.. Fairly modern equipment throughout. The village is very sleepy, with it only coming to life on Friday/sat. It might be full of summer homes of the Viennese.Being out of the ski season there was hardly a sole to be seen and had that feeling of being empty.. if you are after some solitude then this is ideal.

    The property has a very nice atmosphere, maintaining the original feeling of the villa, at the same time the bathroom and toilet are very newly refurbished and very clean. The garden, the breakfast saloon and the room are all nicely maintained and offer a calm and special atmosphere. The breakfast is amazing, prepared by Manuela and Michael, and their hospitality is extraordinary. Location is also great, close to a lot of tourist attractions, and still somehow calm and remote. I really recommend.

    The Apartment is really big and very clean! Everything inside is new and tidy! The host is very friendly! You have amazing view on the ancient church and delicious breakfast in the restaurant across the street! Stuhleck ski center is 15 minutes ride. I would come back again!

    Location was perfect for my needs. Very tranquil with no issues sleeping. The villa has an old world charm, however, everything functioned as it should - absolutely no complaints. Hosts took time to meet and greet - will stay again for sure.
