This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The hosts welcomed us warmly with delicious chocolate, and the place was very spacious—perfect for our group of 8 people. We truly enjoyed the beautiful view and the ideal location between Vienna and Zell am See. What made the experience even more special was the kindness and support of the hosts. I had an issue with a parking violation in Vienna, and they went out of their way to help me until it was fully resolved. Their care and sincerity were truly appreciated. In many other places, I faced problems with the lack of air conditioning, but here the property was well equipped with fans and AC units, and we never felt hot. The stay was very comfortable. I highly recommend this place. It’s exceptional, and the hosts are amazing.

If you want to feel the real Austrian atmosphere you should definitely stay at this place! If you will come in the evening after you wake up you will be shocked by the amazing view from the huge window! The bed in the room was really cozy and soft, and outside of the house, you will see a 360-degree view of the horizon - the place is awesome and I will definitely recommend it to everyone!

Upon arrival we had an immediate welcoming feeling. The room was very stylish, which we did not expect in a Gasthof, and clean. Dinner and breakfast were as well very good. The thermal bath Bad Hall is just a few minutes foot walk away.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owner was extremely warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The villa itself was stunning, with panoramic windows offering breathtaking views. Everything was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The apartment is beautiful, was very clean, and the hosts are super nice. We were staying in Bad Hall, because we were attending a wedding close by, it was hard to find a taxi, but then the hosts offered to give us a ride and pick us up later! This was incredibly kind and appreciated.

    The location is beautiful and seeing the animals everyday was nice too! Rosie the owner and her family are very friendly and helpful. The weather was not great when we were there, but Rosie was determined to give my kids a pony ride and they enjoyed it too! The apartment looked like it had been refurbished recently too! Also, downstairs you can get a beer, juice, wine or coffee if needed. A use of a washing machine and dryer is also available.
