Room was super clean and comfortable with the essentials upon check in provided. Guest enquiries were responded to and requests were attended to within reasonable time. Facilities overall were excellent, location was great and the public transport was a stone's throw away although this information could have been provided on booking.com. If a change room/bathroom was provided for checked out guests who left their luggage and picked up such luggage later in the day, it would have been really great.

Everything was as written in the description! The apartment is perfect for a trip to Vienna, as you can visit every big attraction in the city center in a few minutes. There’s loads of shops, bars and restaurants nearby and if you want to cook, the kitchen is very well equipped. Both bed and sofa are clean and comfortable. When we asked for extra towels and dishwasher tablets, they were quickly brought to the apartment. Overall the apartment staff are super nice and very helpful!

I'll review again. don't mind if i do. The apartment and staff were so good that i rented a room again. And i got an upgrade since i was returning customer. I don't think I'll return to austria any time soon but will definitely suggest this for anyone visiting. Dear staff members if u need anything from Saudi Arabia -riyadh let me know. I mean it. I'll add something i forgot on my last review. even though they're not 24/7 reception i I had no problem they reply to me instantly on WhatsApp with in-depth answers to my questions and provided all my needs. They even checked on me when my arrive time came.

My stay at Die Josefine in Vienna was nothing short of delightful. Stepping into the hotel felt like stepping back in time to the glamorous 1920s, with its charming decoration and ambiance. One of the highlights was the hotel's convenient location, just a minute away from the metro, yet within a leisurely 20-minute stroll to the center of Vienna. This allowed me to easily explore the city's attractions while still enjoying a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, Die Josefine exceeded my expectations in every way, offering a perfect blend of charm, comfort, and convenience. I cannot wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

    Excellent location if you travel by car and want to visit Vienna by public transport. Tram stop right next to it, and takes you straight to the Opera House. Spotless clean and very good facilities with onsite parking.
