Great value for money, the accommodation has had an impressive makeover, while the rooms are basic, the beds are new and so comfy. The shared facilities were spotless; modern and well catered for with shampoo / coditioner and soap dispensers. Fresh towells provided each day along with bottled water - a great touch.

The host has provided everything that is needed for a short stay. The property clean, the beds comfortable, thick towels, good fridge and although we didn’t cook anything there were adequate dishes provided. The tv was a smart one with good reception. The room was well lit with plenty of sunshine and although it was an extremely hot night Kyneton cooled down quickly allowing us to have a wonderful sleep as the location was quiet. Next time , we will stay more nights and take the opportunity to have a walk along the river before breakfast. Thank you Kirsten for all your efforts to make our stay exceptionally good.😊

Tarni and Clive are kind and welcoming hosts and fun to chat with. The old hotel building is wonderful to see. Blue room was comfortable and spacious. The location was handy to town. The cottage was quietly nestled at the back of the property. It was great having the tennis court and the wildlife was a bonus. The scones were great and the host was very welcoming.
