The staff at this hotel is truly amazing. I initially thought I had booked a suite with a bathtub, but it turned out that suites come either with a shower or a bathtub. During check-in, I asked if there was a possibility to switch, but unfortunately, all suites were fully booked at that moment. However, just an hour after we checked in, the receptionist kindly approached us and offered to move us to another suite with a bathtub, as a last-minute cancellation had made it available. This level of attentiveness and service truly made our stay exceptional!

**Positive Review:** This is a charming, rustic place full of animals and positive energy. It's clean, cozy, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The owner is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious, healthy, and varied, providing a perfect start to the day.     The chalet is new and clean, with nice decor and a great location right in the park. There is air conditioning, which is essential for the summer months. Communication was excellent, and Ignace and Marina are very nice people who made the check-in and check-out process very easy.

    This is an absolute gem of a find. It's in a centre which has a pool, big slide, bar, restaurant, a lake you can swim in and loads for the kids to do. The host is sub-letting a very clean and beautiful lodge on-site. Super friendly host (well, this was the sister of the host who we met and she was lovely) who left is a free bottle of wine, apples, and some waffles for breakfast. There even an awesome BBQ and they can supply charcoal. Honestly, I can't recommend this enough.
