They managed to transform the cold bank atmosphere into a warm, welcoming feel. Many thanks to the Professional staff: Jasmine and Radu helped me to feel "at home". This was such a lovely stay! The room exceeded my expectations; I like a setup where the hotel room is not just a big cube but has its "zones". There was a foyer area with a space to hang coats and leave shoes, and the bathroom and separate (!!!) toilet opened to this space. Then a 2 step "corridor" led to the spacious room. The bed was super comfortable, and the sheets clean and crispy; I understand now why other reviewers used the word "luxurious"! The staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive. I already recommended this hotel to 2 friends. Thank you for the nice welcome, and hope to be back!

the breakfast on a terrace was marvelous, the garden also was exceptional with the songs of the birds rhyming the morning. Coming back from the center was very easy and running around the property to buy food and drink was delicious.
