Very comprehensive kitchen ware and appliances, comfortable beds, rooms with all details, also in the toilet. Flat clean and comfortable for a family of 5 with teenagers (big sofa bed in living room). Easy access, very close and easy drive to Quebec City. Beautiful street. The place is well located to explore national parks around Québec city, and only 3 men drive from the Montmorency water falls. It is spacious, well equipped with all kitchen material for cooking a nice meal, very clean, and comfortable. As the apartment is located on the ground floor, it is also accessible for people with reduced mobility. I have visited Canada many times and stayed in hotels as well as AirBnBs I can confirm this is the best place I have stayed.

    For a very reasonable price, we had a very clean, comfortable, quiet room (not smelly), updated, dark and quiet at night, very conveniently located to Ville de Quebec. The breakfast was modest, but far better than budget hotel breakfasts in the US. I loved the gazebo overlooking the river. Beautiful!

    I like the location, located in a pleasant quiet area. The Montmonery Falls is close by. An easy drive to downtown. The apartment is spacious with a good outlook. Like property access by code, no keys to keep and carry.

    A fully equipped apparment. I was travelling with my son who slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable. TV worked well. Hot water good. Great location. 10 minute walk from the falls.

    Pros: 1. Very clean 2. Staffs are nice and helpful 3. Location is convenient 4. Breakfast is very good 5. Waterfall is 5 mins walking distance Cons: The room sound insulation is not so well BTW: Check in time is 7:00 pm, but if you ask check in later they can wait for you.
