Very modern and beautiful apartment! Kitchen was well equipped and everything was nice and clean. We were pleasantly surprised how big the apartment was. Nicer than we though based on the pictures. The extra bed - pull out couch - was big and comfortable to sleep on. The hostess was very helpful! :) The location was near the train station and in very peaceful neighborhood.

We stayed in the apartment only for a night on the way from Italy to Germany, as the hotel is located five minutes from the motorway, but we really regretted that we did not have a reason to stay there longer. It is very convenient (the kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for; there is a laundry room; and there are even rooms for coffee and snacks), the apartment and all the common areas are clean, the hotel has a swimming pool, and a large supermarket is nearby. The most convenient thing is that you can check in at any time: you receive all the access codes by mail (a little tip - connect to the local Wi-Fi right at the entrance to the hotel, and then access inside will be like magic).

The apartment in Bellinzona right in the center of the city, a short distance from the main square, the town hall and the lift from Piazza del Sole to Castelgrande is the perfect base for exploring all three castles in the area. I spent great two nights in this place even I can't use the terrace because of the very strong wind. Donato did everything to make me feel comfortable, he is very hospitable. I liked the location - it's a bit far from the city centre (30 min walk), but it's in the mountains with an amazing view to the mountains from the terrace. Coffee, tea, drink water, croissant and muesli bar are included. It was clean everywhere. The bed was big and comfortable. I had everything I needed. And I also got early check-in (at 11.00 a.m.) for free. I would gladly stay couple of days more. Thank you, Donato, I wish you all the best! Grazie per tutto!

The flat is really nice , clean , in a very good shape - as the building is quite new and modern . The host is supportive , they provide parking for an extra charge of CHF 20,- . There is lot of storage spaces . The location is pretty fine - 10 minutes to city center and 5 minutes to COOP supermarket . All in all , we can repmmend this facility as well for short-term as for long- term stays .
