I had a wonderful experience staying here. It exceeded my expectations so much so I would give 11/10 if I could. Not because its luxury hotel, it is not. But it's probably even better than that. Firstly because everything is so well thought out for the guests. There were many little extra touches, from the chargers, to the reading lamp, large towels, diswasher and coffee machine. I think every furniture was super comfortable. And the design of the room (even though I think booked the smallest option) definitely deserves an award. Cosy, beautiful and above all as convenient as possible. My greatest respects. Then I had two interactions with the customer service (once on booking, once on the phone) and once with the staff in person. All of them were easy, to the point, and super helpful. Staff is awfully kind and they had a very positive vibe. The place was really clean. Although I didn't hang out in common areas much, they also looked very nice. The washing machine, the iron even. The location is great. It is very central. Several supermarkets around. Even though the tram is right next to it, still you don't hear much of the street. I think it might be the best stays that I have ever had. Definitely the best in many years.

Our family had an amazing stay! The host contacted us on the day of the arrival and met us at the villa, showing and explaining everything. The area was amazing - swimming pool, garden, terrace, even our own beach! We also could enjoy our meals together since the kitchen was very spacious. The kids were running around in the garden and we were comfortable knowing that they will not meet any strangers as all the villa was just for us. It was truly an amazing stay which left us with a lot of warm memories. We can't wait to return!

A very pleasant and modern hotel with extremely friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Excellent location – close to the airport, city centre and public transport, yet quiet and peaceful.     Great place to stay. I traveled for a course. Geneva can be a really expensive city and dificult to find affordable accomodation. The hotel is excellent value for money. Clean, comfortable, great location and friendly staff. The room was very clean and you can walk to the lake or the city centre in 15 mins top.
