Towels and linen were provided at no extra cost. Lockers inside the room with a key-card lock. The large kitchen and dining facilities to cook and eat. Larger lockers to store larger items were available downstairs, and also available to those who had to check-out early but staying in the area could use the provided lockers. We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Bernerhof, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We had the added bonus of a lovely balcony where we could enjoy breathtaking sunrises between the mountains. The location couldn't be better—just a 1-minute walk to Interlaken Ost, and with supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring Interlaken. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay!

The view you have from the room is really beautiful, it's totally worth it, it's a little distant from Interlaken but the station is 2 minutes from the hotel and you arrive in less than nothing. Customer service is the best and they always keep your room clean. Super recommended

Wonderful location on the park with beautiful Mountain Views from the balconies and windows of apartment. Mario was a super sweet host and met us upon arrival. He offered recommendations on what to see…and gave us each a Swiss pass for savings on transportation. And we had a rental car so parking spot was most welcome. Walking distance to all!
