Pierre's private apartment was exceptional. The apartment had everything you needed, with a well kitted out kitchen and lovely bathroom. The garden was magical, with stunning views and was a tranquil setting for a peaceful rest after a long day on the Tour du Mont Blanc trail. Pierre was very friendly and helpful, and I very much appreciated the unexpected gift of fresh fruit and chocolate!

This is a very beautiful hostel, I honestly wouldn’t even compare it to a hostel- the showers are great. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff are always available to help and with great generosity. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The demographic is mostly hikers so there is a general understanding that it’s quiet around 9pm which is great!

First ever visit to Champex-Lac and this is a top spot -- self-contained self-catering apartment on what is effectively the top floor of a beautiful period building literally across the road from the lake itself, free on-site parking, wifi, balcony with endless views south, south-west, and west looking over the lake at La Breya mountain and forests - a small kitchenette with fridge, stove and all usual amenities - comfy enough double bed (suspended, accessed by ladder - which was fun for us) - and extra sofa/seating area, separate high table/eating spot, and of course the balcony -- I would 100% stay here again (if not buy the place) :P

Great place, spacious, very welcoming host and games for the children such as ping pong table and table football. We enjoyed the large communal area that we could use and also the well equipped kitchen. We will definitely come back.

The room was spacious and very well equipped. The wine bar and cafe gave good eating options. The breakfast was well laid out and had a good selection of both hot and cold foods.

With mountain views, La Petite Auberge is set in Versegeres and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden, sun terrace and picnic area.

Very friendly staff! Let us check inn early. We had the hole flat alone for our two nights. Old building, but charming.
