The hostel is very close to the train station. The staff was nice. My room was quite comfortable with tables inside and on the balcony. The kitchen, toilets, and shower rooms were clean. We could also put our luggage in the luggage storage room after check out. For the hair dryer, I needed to ask the receptionist and return it the day after.

This place is an absolute highlight from my 7 week solo trip!! What an amazing place! The views from every window, balcony and dining location took my breath away. The staff and fellow travellers were so friendly that I felt like I had found a family for a few days. I didn’t want to leave. Bed was comfy and rooms, etc clean. Well stocked kitchen too. So many great tables to sit at, cozy inside or grand views outside. They even had guitars and a piano! 😁 great location for hiking (Chilchbalm gr8 hike) and right next to gondola station to Mürren and valley.

Towels and linen were provided at no extra cost. Lockers inside the room with a key-card lock. The large kitchen and dining facilities to cook and eat. Larger lockers to store larger items were available downstairs, and also available to those who had to check-out early but staying in the area could use the provided lockers.
