One of the most charming hotels we have ever stayed at. The area is tranquil, no noise. The design is based on chocolate and they even have a chocolate fountain in the receptcion, my daughters loved it (and the parent too!). The staff were really nice. There is a supermarket, shops and restaurants around the hotel and it is near the old town.

Excellent location! The hotel is right at the metro station. For us it is convenient to go to either Geneve and Lausanne. We arrived quite late but the reception lady was still there and kindly helped us with checkin.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible—the best experience I’ve ever had! What stood out the most was the amazing staff and management. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel truly valued as a guest, especially Momo.
