Everything is tasteful, elegant and luxurious. Everything works. Service, including room service from restaurant is excellent. We stayed for one week and we would have liked to stay longer. Although I was for work in Beijing, the hotel gave it a vacation feel. This is not something I can say of many hotels in big cities.

The hotel is simply amazing!!!Excellent location, very close to all the sights and the main pedestrian street. There is a metro station right across the street. Rich breakfast for all tastes. Comfortable clean room with view and wonderful amenities. The lobby smells fantastic and a robot is constantly cleaning. Find the concierge Willi, always a smile, very kind, particularly eager and helpful, he saved us with the VPN that he installed on our mobiles.

- Staff named Xiao Ling or Qiao Ling, she's the best. And one guy too. They help me to order food online thru their phone coz I don't have a China Number. Xiao Ling makes the experience like it's a 5-star hotel & always greets with a smile. It is near Nanluoguxiang, where there are many scenic spots and delicious food. The service of the staff is super good. They also help us with our luggage, tell us the route and recommend places to visit. The homestay is also very quiet and beautiful. The environment is beautiful. The room facilities are impeccable. Coffee and tea are provided. Free laundry service is provided. It's really great. I heard from the staff that there will be breakfast next week. Perfect and good trip.
