Tucked away in a quaint little alley of Dayan Flower Lane, this charming hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! "Excellent Location" The hotel's location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling ancient town. I appreciated the undisturbed rest, yet enjoyed easy access to food, coffee, attractions, and shopping. "Warm Hospitality" The owner and staff members were exceptionally warm, kind, and responsive to my needs. From arranging a private airport transfer to carrying my luggage to my room, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. "Comfortable and Charming Rooms" My Queen Room with Terrace was a serene oasis, complete with a charming outdoor pool and a secluded garden perfect for workouts or relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept more soundly than I have in months! "Amenities and Services" I appreciated the complimentary Chinese Tea Appreciation session, which was a lovely welcome ritual. Such a great stay! The hotel is great, good location and facilities. The real star is the incredibly helpful staff!! They are truly amazing in a way that will make your stay so wonderful and easy. They help you find the property very easily, come help you with your luggage at the edge of town, and are always available for any questions you might have about anything. They were a tremendous help in assisting me getting to the Tiger Leaping Gorge and on my way to Shangri-La. They were so sweet to keep checking up on me to make sure all went smoothly, I could find the driver and to make sure the driver knew exactly where to drop me off. Highly recommend.

The room has double-glazed windows that really keep the street noise out, the toilet seat stays warm—pretty fancy. Joye was always full of enthusiasm and more than willing to help us, he filled us in on all the cool places and fun things to do in Lijiang. We decided to hike Tiger Leaping Gorge and had a wonderful day. Joye, thanks for being so welcoming. You really made our Lijiang trip even better!

We are a family of two adults and two children under the age of 10. The homestay is located in a quiet area of the city, with spacious rooms and plenty of natural light. We were well taken care of by our host. There are Chinese and Western options for breakfast (eggs, sweet potatoes, corn, black tea, milk), which need to be requested one day in advance. We didn't want to order Chinese breakfast, but on the last morning, we ordered two sets of Chinese breakfast and two sets of Western breakfast, which was indeed a good choice and should have been done from the beginning. We had to extend our stay by one day, and the host showed us the sights, restaurants, and great cafes in the area. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Lijiang.

    The location of the inn is very easy to find. It can be reached directly by car. It is very close to the north gate of the ancient city. You can see the entrance of the Old Town of Lijiang from the inn door. The boss warmly recommended a lot of food and play to us, so as to avoid the small travel partners stepping on the pit. The rooms are clean and sanitary. It is highly recommended to stay in this inn. The small partners who want to take a plane have a bus to the airport not far from the inn. It is very cheap.
