this was my second time at this great hotel traveling on business to Jinan . amazing staff and clean .very warm welcome and a personal welcome from the general manager who went above and beyond , even arranging contact with sister hotel in Beijing for our onward travel . I had an incredible experience at this hotel, truly deserving of a 5-star rating. Housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and comfortable. The room was very spacious and cozy, exceeded our expectation compared to the price! The furniture, decoration, interior, everything was very artistic and of superior quality. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. There was free washing machine facility and the guest needs to do by him/herself.
