I appreciate that the bathroom tile isn’t cold, and the room is spacious. Even though it’s next to a busy road, there is no noise once the window is closed. A cab ride to the city center costs about 25 yuan one way, which is still acceptable. Considering the size of the room and the price, it’s good value for money.

My stayed at this hotel overall was very pleasant and good experiences, the hotel is very clean, very convenient, close to train station, surrounding got alot of eatery, restaurants and shopping mall on your footsteps, the most important they provide washing machine + dry, the lady boss very friendly, help us to keep our luggage for 2 days, easy for us to travel to out of chengdu area. We will definitely come back if we visit to chengdu again.

Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Wonderful and cozy place. Close enough in walking distance to the metro, to the city center and part of the sights. Good atmosphere, polite and attentive staff at reception who helped with foreigners payment. Rooms are clean, reasonably fresh, with good furnishings. The room cleaning was well liked. Fresh snow-white linens. Air conditioner, steam generator for ironing, humidifier, smart speaker and other - all very handy. Disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Recommend. ! Everything about this hotel is wonderful. We are staying here for the second time. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, beautiful, and clean. Housekeeping is excellent. The breakfasts are good (especially for China). The inner courtyard is very cozy. The staff is always ready to help and solve any problem. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The value for money is absolutely justified — 100%. We dream of coming back to this hotel again and visiting this wonderful place. The location is perfect — the Old Town is nearby, the metro station is close, and there are plenty of delicious and affordable local restaurants around.

I love the room with Xiao Du so much! Xiao Du Xiao Du, 开窗帘，开灯，调空调！Breakfast is good enough with variety choices! Staff are so friendly and provide warm mineral water for us to bring outside! The most satisfied stay I have in Chengdu.

We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)

Location - it was about 7 minutes walk from Taisheng Road South subway station, which is a good location as I could get to Chengdu East Railway Station easily (about 20 minutes) to take high-speed rail and it's also near many places of interest (e.g. Chunxi Road, Tianfu Square, Kuanzhaixiangzi Alley, Wenshu Monastery are 2 stops away and some other attractions are just a few stops further away) Facilities - the locker provided (accessed using their keycard) is quite big. Slippers and a towel is provided and you are given a bottle of mineral water every day (you can use the water dispenser on the first floor to top up your bottle). Cleanliness - the room was really clean. You need to take off your shoes and change into slippers at the main hallway before you go into your room. Nevertheless, the staff still mops the floor every morning so the room is really nice. Comfort - the bed was very comfortable. Value for money - I felt it was well-worth the money and would be happy to go back there when I go back to Chengdu.
