Everything was perfect! The hotel offers activities in Zhangjiajie, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The free airport pick-up service is super convenient. The bed was more comfortable than in some 5-star hotels. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, varied, and filling. Plus, access to a washing machine was a great bonus!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff; we got very competent advice - in English - about the tourist attractions. Rainbow knows the tricks of how to get tickets, even when they seem sold out. Would also check online posts about the visibility in the mountains :-) The accommodation is on a quiet street, allowed us a very good rest. Location is also great for food and access to the Tianmen mountain cable car. Would definitely stay there again! Rainbow is an absolutely amazing lady! We had a distracted teenager in the group, who lost his expensive camera on the way back to the airport. Rainbow was incredibly helpful to recover it well after we left the hotel and the country.

Easily one of the best places I’ve stayed at, they truly make you feel at home. Coming to zhangjiajie can be intimidating as a foreigner as all the scenic locations are very scattered and you need to book a whole lot of tickets. Our host speaks amazing English and he made this process a breeze, not only did he book everything for us at a discounted price but he also gave us a detailed run through of the routes as well as record a video. He picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at where we need to go, I didn’t even need to switch my brain on. Our room was clean, comfy, spacious and high tech. Additionally his parents cook amazing food, traditional chinese style including noodles and soup dumplings, better than the restaurants we tried in the area! In conclusion I highly recommend this place especially if you’re a foreigner coming here for the first time! They truly go above and beyond for you.

Very tidy and clean room, the accommodation is situated in the heart of Zhangjiaje, on the touristic street which is full of great restaurants. The owner is very kind as I forgot my charger in the room and he's shipping it back to me. Highly recommended if you are in Zhangjiajie

10/10- Amazing stay near the airport with fantastic hospitality!​​ This B&B is perfect if you need easy access to the airport—just minutes away! The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. The room was beautiful, with lovely local touches that made our stay extra special. This place is amazing, staff is super friendly and it’s great value for money. The bed is very good and comfortable, they also have lockers inside the room and when you arrive they give you shower gel, paper, slippers and tooth brush, which I think it was a very nice detail. Also, Im travelling without a towel and when I asked for one to one of the staff, they gave it to me free of charge. I really liked this place and I recommend it.
