We were upgraded to a private room with outside kitchen and dining/hang out area which was greatly appreciated since we had two small children. We loved it and even added another night to our stay, 4 nights total. It was so much fun to listen and look for the howler monkeys in the next trees - but we also saw many birds just from our place in the hammocks. Hosts were really nice and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommended!

This location is different than we usually choosing during our trips. It is close to jungle/forrest, what is highly appreciated. As well as during the day it is nice stay with SUP/kayak possibilities (it is free!), we like that a lot! This area is part of some park so there is no possibility to hike around a lot, you can do SUP/kayak (mentioned before) or you need to buy boat trip or take a taxi to Pochote and travel by your car or take a bus. Breakfast and other food was perfect, we appreciated that a lot! Please install some nets to one window in bathroom and in living room.

We had a fabulous 7 nights. We were in the 1 bedroom air conditioned cabin very close to the pool. Lots of hummingbirds. Fantastic restaurant across the road. We had no car so the bus very convenient for getting back up the very steep hill.

Beautiful, clean accommodation! With delicious breakfast. The atmosphere in the hotel was quiet and the decor was pleasant and comfortable and also a lovely large swimming pool!     The explanations by Thomas at the beginning were inspiring. The details of his luxury and very clean and secure resort were outstanding. We experienced more wildlife (animals) in his resort than in the guided tours around the country. We stayed 5 days and were pleased to go back to this oasis every evening.
