Its a new stylish hotel with interesting interior design. Breakfast are very good, especially mushrooms. It's a family boutique hotel so all are looking after you and trying to do them best. location are just in the center so it's easy to move around, Bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with local and homemade food and with fantastic views of the village from the terrace. The owners could not have been more lovely and charming, willing to help with everything. The flat was very complete and clean, with goodies to eat and drink in the fridge.

We loved our stay here. From the booking to checking out everything was perfect. I requested a pin location and was sent it very quickly. On arriving we were met by a nice man who showed us around and did the small bit of required paperwork. We were given his phone number in case we had any problems but never needed it. The apartment has been renovated to a good standard with quality items. The towels for example were new and a good size. Cleaning items are also available which is a nice touch especially for longer stays. The shower was brilliant and unlike a lot of places the apartment has a gazillion plug sockets and 3, yes 3 air conditioning units so in the summer you’ll be super cool. The little shop next door was convenient and well priced. In fact we took a few things back to Paphos which are actually more expensive in our local supermarket. We visit the area a lot for running races etc and will be staying again. No complaints at all. A great Cypriot welcome and a much enjoyed break. The taverna in the village was also a great visit. Well recommend.

We loved everything about the villa: the location in old Kakopetria, very close to the stream, the villa itself is very comfortable with all ameneties one could want. There is a supermarket 200m away. And the free parking is 100m away. Highly recommended by us!

After clear instructions re: where to park our car and how to reach the property, we easily found it. Unfortunately, I hadn't seen Yiannis' messages while I was driving, and he was patiently waiting for us at the reception. We immediately felt very welcome, and he even gave us a bottle of wine as a gesture of hospitality. Then, he showed us our apartment, which was just great: a spacey bedroom, a kitchen, sofa, and spacious bathroom - and a wide balcony on the street side where we sat both in the afternoon and evening. Shutters make the room completely dark, and in this quiet neighbourhood, silence is all but guaranteed so we had a very good sleep. Close by, there is a bar and a restaurant, and a short walk downhill brings you to a bunch of restaurants near the river. All in all, a very commendable option for your stay in Kakopetria.
