Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the restaurant above the apartment which was marvellous. The apartment was great, clean and comfortable. The bistro downstairs was amazing. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Lovely surrounding with many places to visit and walk. You can do shopping on the way, or just visit Sumperk 30 min of walk, or 5 by car. Price vs Quality is on excellent level!

I request refund of our payment since the behaviour of the owners was unpolite and unprofessional They didnt even know about the reservation thiug we paid, we were coming to the apartment and it looked like it in not ready 45 before arrival. The owner was highly unpleasant telling me there are more Apartments and more owners and maybe I booked another one (sic!) I didnt. This was the last one. I described it etc After the owner called me back and confirmed it was too. 1) i would not go for accommodation where people make a lot of money and obviously dont care 2) i had to find another shelter for my son and mě, right away, not drive to a place uncertain we have some vacancies Eva Kalousová
