Although it is near the train station, you can't hear the noise. The room is quiet and well-decorated. The staff are super nice and friendly. They offered a lot of help and convenience for me. I appreciate it.

Polite and helpful personell. Room was tidy, clean, spacious, cleaned every day, nice bathroom, comfy beds and pillows, nice lights in the room. Breakfast was excellent - wide variety of food, tasty and enough. Very nice spa with the pool (which we like warmer, but for swimming is fine). Enough parking places in front of the hotel. Bad Sassendorf is a beautiful little town, with phenomenal therme and park.

    The apartment was spotless and was very comfortable. There were many little things that showed that a lot of thought had gone into the place. There was a collection of tourist brochures for the nearby area. Having two large supermarkets over the road was a bonus. The apartment has its own labelled parking space. We had a chat with the owner when we arrived, although we'd received the directions for getting the key before we arrived.

    The communication with the host was very smooth and fast. The location is excellent, in a quiet village, close to the motorway (that is why so convenient for transit travellers - we were travelling to Belgium).
