This place is one of those little gems that you can’t believe you have found. The location is amazing. Just a short walk over the bridge and you are in the little village of Cochem. The bed is extremely comfortable. The view is absolutely spectacular. We love being in this place and will certainly come again. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions very quickly. Thank you very much for having us. We highly recommend this little gem.

It was a wonderful stay at the Blue Lagoon! The hostess was very kind, attentive. It was nice to get some fresh fruits, tomatoes and chocolate. We also got a welcome drink as a bottle of wine and soft drinks. The room was quite big, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was working well. The situation was perfect, it is close to the bike trail along the river Mosel.

    Amazing views of the valley. Super clean. Very welcoming and thoughtful owner who met us on arrival. Great location on the top of the hill from which you can explore a large amount of countryside on foot or by bike. It was so peaceful and relaxing to sit on our balcony at night and watch the light fade and to drink coffee in the morning. It is just such a beautiful location. The kitchen had everything we needed.

    The village is a hidden gem. And the wine just divine. Also, a lovely beach close to the hotel (Mossel river). And the local producent of Riesling has his own shop there, I strongly recommend it. Hotel itself was good, room not too big but fair enough. Spotless clean. Parking for free available. No airco though. We stayed for half board, was not expensive.

    Fantastic guest house. Perfect location very close to the river, some 30-minute walk to Cochem. 15km away from fabulous Eltz Castle. At the guest house there's also wine bar. Hosts are amazing. Very helpful cheerful people, always giving useful information. The breakfast is big. Rooms are very nice, big and clean with balcony.
