Breakfast was varied and very tasty. We were offered a room upgrade free of charge and the wellbeing of our dogs was taken into account. We used the sauna at the end of the day and it was lovely. The area is also very beautiful and the village is worth visiting! We loved our stay there and the staff was welcoming and helpful regardless of the language barrier (i.e., we don't speak German). The rooms were spotless clean. Other reviewers complain about the building not being very modern or modernly furnished.. this is not a chain or a Best Western and it's in a small village so it's definitely unreasonable to expect new furniture every year! Would definitely stay here again!

The host is gorgeous. The appartment is very well equipped and the kids have their own room with lots of books, teddy bears, puzzles, lego, classic games such as Scrabble etc. Coming to Barbara's house was for me a return to my childhood because of the furniture and decoration.
