Everything was perfect, better than we imagined. We didn't actually think the room will be as pretty as the pictures we saw on booking, but wow, for the cheap price that we paid, it was unbelievable. Very good location, 15 min from the old center and bus station 1 min away. The free luggage storage after checkout saved us a lot of time and made our last day easier. We loved it! And took some of the free stickers for my scrapbooking! Lovely!

This apartment is one of my favorites when I visit Tallin, I like the calmness of the neighborhood and it is located very close to Tallin airport and bus station. Also walking 15 minutes takes you to one of the best shopping malls. The cleaning girls clean the room and put in a coffee capsule every other day, they also change the rubbish but in front of the building there is a rubbish bin so out of politeness I take out my rubbish myself. Inside the place you can wash your clothes and sit on the sofa at the reception and read a book or drink a coffee that you can buy from the machine.

Very nice room with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and very clean. Breakfast was amazing! Their SPA is also a great place to relax. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

    Shower was one of the best I have used and I have been to many five start hotels around the world. Beds were twin when I had asked for a double and they were not very comfortable. Pillows and duvet were great. Room size great. Breakfast was great as was the dinning room but I only had it one morning as I found a cafe that was cheaper and much better. Location was really wonderful. Suggest that reception makes a deal with FARM restaurant so they can take bookings as it would benefit both parties.

    A good location near the city centre. Checking in and out was very easy, especially since we had to catch an early flight in the morning. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The rooms were also soundproof. If you want an affordable and comfortable stay in Tallinn, Citybox comes highly recommended.

    Brand new, very clean; comfy bed. Standard room is basic but nice and has everything you need for short stay. Complimentary & unlimited tea and coffee in the lobby. Free luggage storage. Wi-Fi is also free and available everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious! Many vegetarian/vegan options. And it’s pretty cheap considering its quality. Staff is friendly. Location good (not the closest to Old town but still close, plus main bus station is very close; airport in 10 min taxi ride)

    It was very quiet, didn't hear any neibours. The flat was very clean and spacious. Our child is learning how to crawl and the flat was perfect for that. Having an elevator in the building was perfect as we had to take a stroller upstairs. The heating during winter was also spotless and adjustable. We requested infant bed and asked for feeding chair for the baby. The chair could have been cleaner though, but good that it was available. We attended a concert in the Alexella concert hall, the location is perfect for that too.
