A beautiful large area with lots of greenery. A great water park. Amazing animators and dancers; we especially liked the singer Anna. We also want to highlight the animator Piero, who was very friendly and a wonderful person. We enjoyed playing tennis as well. The food was delicious and diverse. The cocktails at the bar were also very much to our liking.

I recently stayed at the Charmillion Hotel Aqua Park from February 8th to 16th, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s facilities, services, and especially the staff made our stay truly special. I would like to take a moment to personally thank and highlight some of the incredible team members who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. First, a huge thank you to Hussam Ramzy in the restaurant for his exceptional guidance and attentiveness. He took great care to understand our family’s allergies and dietary preferences, ensuring we had a safe and enjoyable dining experience. His kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated. At the reception, Andrew stood out for his proactive and attentive approach. He listened carefully to our requests and ensured all our needs were met promptly. His dedication and cheerful attitude made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Mohamad Tharwat and Mahmoud Majdy from the catering service for their excellent service and attention to detail. They consistently delivered top-notch service with a smile, making our dining experiences even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Moustafa Shahin, the luggage porter, for his assistance and warm hospitality. He was always ready to help and made our transitions smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, I’d like to acknowledge Mr. Maher at the reception for his professionalism and support during our stay. His efforts contributed significantly to making our experience seamless and enjoyable. Lastly, a big shoutout to the lifeguards at the aqua park. It was my first time in Charmilion and I am very satisfied. The staff is extremely friendly. My thanks goes to everyone: from the boy who cleaned the every day room, to the waiters, chefs, animators, beach and pool guards, the receptionists… Hotel manager Emil is wonderful and his colleague Teresa also. Emil upgraded my uncle's room for free and gave him a room with a sea view. We also got 5 free dinners in restaurants (I recommend fish and Japanese). Our rooms 822 and 821 were the first row to the sea with a wonderful view. The Red Sea is beautiful, if you like diving or snorkeling you will enjoy the view of a lot of fish and the coral reef that is next to the resort. The food was good, as were the cocktails. It's great that you can use all three resorts within Charmilion. The beach is large and spacious. The gardens are magical, clean with lots of palm trees. At this place you will have a really nice rest and recharge your batteries. You will enjoy this resort. Be sure to visit it and believe me - you won't regret it!

    Fantastic service and all of the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The manager was very good and accomidating. The hotel was very clean and well kept and there were a large variety of food options and they were all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony and the room's door block all outside noise and the air con is very adjustable. The location is nearby to many places. The swimming pool is also incredibly nice and relaxing and the lounge is comfortable and large.

    The hotel is quite big, the location is excellent, about 20 minutes by car from the airport and has a very clean private beach equipped with every service. The pools are very nice and the facility is spotless. In particular thanks to Mohamed Soudi who cleaned my room every day, very kind. The service is excellent, all the staff members are very kind, in particular Mohamed Gamal (who speaks also Italian language very well) is a very nice and kind person. Thanks also to all the staff of the diving center, in particular to Mustafa and Emil.

    Location for this price was amazing. Last minute deals are even cheaper. You can get breakfast in the local restaurant for $3 buffet and dinner for $5. Staff was amazing, always helpful. The guy at the security gate was always smiling and so helpful. Please take some little bag of sweets for local children especially when you go for trips.
