We had a great time. Many thanks to the staff, who are trying to make your stay wonderful. The managers Jordain Joseph, Wael Gomaa, Sherif, Adel Ezzat and our favorite bar boys Hossam and Mohammed. We enjoyed the food, snorkeling, beautiful views. The position of the resort is very good, you can walk to Old Market easily.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea, which makes the climate much more pleasant even during very hot days. The sea breeze softens the heat, especially in the evening, making outdoor moments very relaxing. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel is impeccable. The food quality is excellent, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy all tastes. The value for money is truly outstanding. The entertainment is fantastic: various activities are offered throughout the day, and the evenings are filled with a great atmosphere. If you choose the all-inclusive package, you will always have the opportunity to eat and drink at any time. The kids had an amazing time! They enjoyed the swimming pool, the football and volleyball fields, and the activities specially designed for them. For those who love swimming in the sea, the experience is magical: you can observe plenty of fish, so I highly recommend bringing proper water shoes. Additionally, there are several water sports and scuba diving activities available for those who love adventure and the ocean. The staff is outstanding: welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Miss Selma, who assisted us from the very first day to the last with exceptional professionalism. She truly reflects the quality and spirit of the hotel, and we are very grateful to her. In short, an unforgettable stay that we highly recommend!

The facilities are excellent with 2 great pools and everything you need on site. The apartment itself is clean, modern, with strong wifi and is a perfect location. A taxi was even organised by Ahmed to take us to the airport. He was very helpful. So convenient. Absolutely everything you need. Mohamed the owner went above and beyond and helped us when we were in a real spot of trouble. We had mislaid our passports and were flying home that day. He drove us in his own car to pick the passports up and back. He is truly a hero in our eyes and a true gentleman. He also has a beautiful family so is a man you can truly trust. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly highly recommend :-)

Fantastic service and all of the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The manager was very good and accomidating. The hotel was very clean and well kept and there were a large variety of food options and they were all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony and the room's door block all outside noise and the air con is very adjustable. The location is nearby to many places. The swimming pool is also incredibly nice and relaxing and the lounge is comfortable and large.

The hotel is quite big, the location is excellent, about 20 minutes by car from the airport and has a very clean private beach equipped with every service. The pools are very nice and the facility is spotless. In particular thanks to Mohamed Soudi who cleaned my room every day, very kind. The service is excellent, all the staff members are very kind, in particular Mohamed Gamal (who speaks also Italian language very well) is a very nice and kind person. Thanks also to all the staff of the diving center, in particular to Mustafa and Emil.

Location for this price was amazing. Last minute deals are even cheaper. You can get breakfast in the local restaurant for $3 buffet and dinner for $5. Staff was amazing, always helpful. The guy at the security gate was always smiling and so helpful. Please take some little bag of sweets for local children especially when you go for trips.
