Super clean apartment, excelent attitude of the owner - patient, helpful, reliable. Great position. Restaurants and shops are around and its close to the city center and underground. Great parking and great swimming pool. This was the best accomodation I have ever had in Madrid. I can just reccomend, hopefully i will return some day.

Very nice new apartment. Despite +3 degrees outside it was very warm with controllable built in air-conditioning system. Fast internet. Two separate bathrooms. Secure access. Quite. Easy check in / check out. Big free parking area nearby. Metro, restaurants and shops in walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room in a house within 5 m walk from the metro station that takes you to Madrid centre, the breakfast was good to start your day, and we had the chance to play some billard and exersice at the gym in the basement. Communication with the host was great and he gave us some local tips. Everything was clean and good organised. We highly recommend booking there and we would be glad to come again when we are in Madrid.

Wow! What a find! Both Chinchon & Casa de las Lias far exceeded our expectations. Our apartment was well equipped & decorated to a very high standard. The balcony was a great spot to enjoy a glass of local wine. Monica, as everyone mentions, is a perfect host - welcoming, friendly & full of information. Her passion for Chinchon is infectious & nothing is too much trouble for her. We will certainly be back for a longer stay!

    Excellent location just off the motorway, ideal for a stop-over without going into Madrid. Free parking right outside. We didn't have breakfast but the complimentary hot drinks in the reception lounge was a nice touch.
